New York City is at a critical moment. With elections approaching and deepening gaps in gender equity, economic justice, safety, education, the environment, and reproductive justice, women across the city are stepping up. Women of color, women facing financial hardship, gender-expansive individuals, and those from under-resourced communities are developing bold solutions to create change.
They are leading change, strengthening neighborhoods, and challenging systemic inequities—yet their leadership often goes unrecognized and underfunded.
Join over 250 professionals including nonprofit leaders, educators, civic leaders, policy experts, funders and grassroots advocates coming together to build the future of women’s leadership and a more equitable NYC for women, especially those in marginalized communities.
