Jyoti Rai

Jyoti Rai serves as the Senior Vice President Chief Talent Officer at NewYork-Presbyterian (NYP). In this role she leads Talent and Rewards across the NYP healthcare system. As the core member of the NYP executive leadership team, Jyoti is leading the talent transformation to power NYP growth to create a healthier future for all.

Jyoti’s career is defined by the exceptional leadership achievements made during her 25 years impacting the global culture and enterprise growth at Moody’s and American Express. Her consistent ability to drive success is grounded in her unique set of core assets as a trusted advisor, including developing business partnerships with deep knowledge of business model/strategic objectives; partnering with Executive Teams and board of directors to plan future workforce capabilities, and design fulfilling experiences for all stakeholders.

Jyoti received a Global Executive Master’s in HR Leadership from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey; a Master of Science in Personnel Management from University of Pune, India; and a B.Sc Physics (Honors) from the University of Delhi, India. She was recognized as Top 50 Talent leaders in 2021 by National Diversity and Leadership Conference.
