Today marks one year since the police killing of George Floyd. On this somber day, our thoughts are with the loved ones of Mr. Floyd, with the city of Minneapolis, and with all who have been deeply impacted by his death and his legacy. This past year has offered the opportunity to reevaluate our society's structures and systems, with an eye towards racial justice -- but there is still much work to be done.
